Responsibilities

Warmly greet members and guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Manage reservations and seating arrangements in the dining area, ensuring efficient flow and minimal wait times
Escort members and guests to their tables or event areas, providing any necessary information about the club’s services or amenities
Answer inquiries about the club’s offerings, such as dining options, events, and facilities, either in person or over the phone
Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and escalate issues to management if necessary
Coordinate with dining and event staff to ensure seamless service
Maintain a neat and organized reception or entry area
Assist with light administrative duties, such as managing reservation logs or updating guest information
Promote club events and activities to members, providing information and encouraging participation
Ensure adherence to club policies and protocols, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage guest flow effectively

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
Varied working hours to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Subject to callback during emergency conditions (severe weather, evacuation, post-disaster, etc.)

Experience in customer service or hospitality
