Responsibilities
Acting as a product and workflow specialist for exchange-traded derivatives (futures & options)
Supporting sales conversations by joining client calls and running product demonstrations
Reviewing a client’s existing technology and operating model
Drafting implementation plans and documentation to define project scope and timelines
Distributing and managing client questionnaires during onboarding
Partnering closely with sales, product, and technology teams throughout implementations
Serving as a subject matter expert when new features or enhancements are being developed
Helping product teams understand how changes will integrate into current client solutions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in ETD operations, trade support, or post-trade environments
Hands-on exposure to futures and options trade flows, including reconciliations
Experience working closely with ETD specialists or ETD-focused platforms
Comfortable interacting with clients and presenting workflows (doesn't need to be pure client-facing, but strong communication is key)
Operations background with an interest in moving closer to projects, solutions, or sales support
Preferred
Experience with ETD-focused vendors or platforms (e.g., trade processing, reconciliation, or matching solutions)
Prior exposure to implementation, onboarding, or solution design work
Background at a vendor or fintech supporting derivatives clients
