Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and staff. Handle day-to-day operations, maintain a well-organized office environment, and ensure seamless communication across our team
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements, vendors, office supplies, equipment and maintenance
Tracking and submitting office expenditures, employee expenses, and processing accounts payables / receivables
Track client billables and send out invoices utilizing QuickBooks
Act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Managing / Administrating office technology and providing basic IT support
Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT providers as needed
Reviewing PR materials, press releases and client communications / contracts for accuracy, grammar and consistency

Required

Significant experience in office administration
Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and staff
Handle day-to-day operations
Maintain a well-organized office environment
Ensure seamless communication across the team
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
Tracking and submitting office expenditures, employee expenses, and processing accounts payables / receivables
Track client billables and send out invoices utilizing QuickBooks
Act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Managing / Administrating office technology and providing basic IT support

Discretion, maturity, and business/professional social skills
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, initiatives, and projects and delivering on deadline
Proficiency in MS Office suite, QuickBooks, and Back Office Administration

Preferred

A communications background is helpful but not critical
Expertise in Cloud computing, IP Phone System and basic IT support
A political junkie/follower of New Jersey local and regional political/legal news is a plus
A sense of humor is a bonus; a big ego is not
Local candidates in the Monmouth County / Central NJ area are preferred

Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with experience but generally above industry standards.
