Responsibilities

Ordering product
Running out of stock reports and ordering alternate product as needed
Managing and monitoring product system setup & maintenance
Monitoring / Maintaining appropriate logs for recalled products, medications, and devices to ensure compliance
Utilizing Excel spreadsheets to manage days supply and proactive order product
Moderate work experience within the Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing functions
Some work is completed without established procedures
Basic tasks are completed without review by others
Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks

Required

High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience working in a pharmacy environment
1+ years of Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing/Customer Service experience
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Intermediate Excel user experience
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy
