Responsibilities
Own and evolve core operational systems, processes, and workflows across the organization
Partner with executive leadership to define operational priorities and support strategic planning
Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies and lead cross-functional process improvements
Build, refine, and maintain SOPs, documentation, and operational frameworks
Oversee operational tooling and systems to ensure reliability, adoption, and scalability
Establish and track key operational metrics to measure performance and operational health
Support coordination across product, engineering, customer success, and leadership teams
Lead and support operations across distributed and offshore teams, ensuring clear accountability and execution
Ensure operational alignment across multiple entities, business units, or locations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or operational leadership roles
Experience working within VC-backed, tech-enabled SaaS or platform companies
Direct experience operating in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent environments, such as digital health, health tech, or pharmacy operations
Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location organizations
Proven experience managing and collaborating with offshore or international teams
Strong ability to design, improve, and scale systems in growing or complex organizations
Experience partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong organizational, execution, and prioritization skills
Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in fast-moving environments
Preferred
Experience in high-growth or scaling SaaS companies
Exposure to regulated or operationally complex industries
Experience supporting engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where little exists
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
