Education Management
Responsibilities
Content Research & Blog Creation (Primary Responsibility)
Research math education topics relevant to U.S. parents (e.g. Math Kangaroo, AMC, grade-level readiness)
Write structured, publish-ready blog content aligned with user intent
Revise content based on feedback and real usage, not personal preference
Content-to-Activity Execution
Turn blog content into real parent-facing actions, such as:
Parent workshops or webinars
Community (group) discussion topics
Follow-up content supporting conversion
Assist with outlining, messaging, and basic preparation for content-driven activities
Execution Review & Iteration
Review how content and activities are actually used and received
Identify what should be kept, adjusted, or removed
Propose clear next steps to improve future execution
Qualification
Required
~1 year of experience in content, marketing, education, or related fields (internships count)
Strong research and structured writing ability
Comfortable turning understanding into concrete output
Clear ownership mindset and ability to take feedback
Able to work onsite in Sanjose, CA
Preferred
Experience with blogs, newsletters, community operations, or events
Familiarity with K–12 education or parent-facing content
Interest in execution, growth, and real-world impact
Mandarin preferred
