This role involves supporting desktops, laptops, and manufacturing-related IT devices while collaborating with remote IT teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Provide daily onsite Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for end users
Troubleshoot and support Windows 10/11 PCs , laptops, and peripherals
Support manufacturing facility IT devices including label printers, handheld scanners, and Wi-Fi-enabled instruments
Perform network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, cabling)
Assist with server and datacenter tasks including installation, decommissioning, iLO setup, and vulnerability remediation
Handle PC migrations , application installations, and data transfers
Support mobile devices (Android and iOS)
Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow
Escalate unresolved issues and major incidents to infrastructure and management teams
Conduct daily walk-throughs of the facility for device checks and troubleshooting
Deliver excellent customer service and clearly communicate technical solutions in business-friendly language
Stay current on IT tools, services, and active technology initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of experience in IT Deskside Support, IT Support Analyst, or similar roles
Strong experience supporting users in an enterprise IT environment
Proficiency with Windows 10 / Windows 11
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Proficiency with Intune and Azure Active Directory
Proficiency with Identity management and MFA setup
Proficiency with network diagnostics and troubleshooting
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Ability to work effectively with global and multicultural teams
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to walk a large manufacturing facility daily
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (servers, switches, IT equipment)
Comfortable working around production environments and datacenter equipment
