Responsibilities
Assisting the Zone Leaders and GMs in hiring for accounting positions – including participating in the interview process
Guide Zone Leader and General Manager on accounting staff including respective competency levels and operational/accounting proficiency
Fills in when there is an open accounting-related position
Assist in the Zone budgeting process
Works with a variety of software including Excel, Strongroom, and NetSuite Support
Provide updates and recommendations to the Zone Leader
Ensure standard operating procedures are being followed
Qualification
Required
5+ years accounting experience
2+ years management or supervisory experience
Experience with the preparation of financial reports, budget preparation, and full-cycle accounting
Experience with data management and facilitating internal and external audits
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
NetSuite and Paycom experience preferred
