Responsibilities
Architect and build autonomous, agent-based systems
Focus on moving beyond simple LLM prompts into Agentic Applications—systems capable of reasoning, using tools, and executing complex workflows
Lead the implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to create a standardized, secure bridge between AI models and diverse data ecosystems
Build and optimize autonomous agents using Python frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or PydanticAI; focus on multi-step reasoning and self-healing loops
Architect and set up MCP Servers and MCP Clients to provide LLMs with structured access to local and remote resources (databases, APIs, and file systems)
Manage the lifecycle of AI interactions, including state management, tool-calling logic, and context window optimization
Develop high-performance AI services using FastAPI or Flask, ensuring seamless integration with frontend and data layers
Design advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agent knowledge without constant retraining
Qualification
Required
Mastery of asynchronous programming, decorators, and type hinting in Python 3.10+
Proven experience developing 'Agents' that utilize tools to perform actions in the real world (e.g., executing code, searching the web, or updating a CRM)
Hands-on experience with the Model Context Protocol—specifically setting up MCP servers to expose tools and resources to LLMs
Deep proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Milvus)
Preferred
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deploying AI workloads to the cloud (AWS/GCP)
Contributions to open-source AI projects or MCP-related repositories
