Responsibilities
Receive, validate, approve, and pay invoices from multiple vendors
Ensure on-time payments, accurate records, and compliance with established processes
Maintain strong vendor and internal partner relationships
Support high-volume invoice processing with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice issues
Prioritize high-impact invoices and manage workload under deadlines
Qualification
Required
Invoice processing expertise
Attention to detail and accuracy
System proficiency and analytical skills
Clear, professional communication with suppliers and internal partners
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize workload in deadline-driven environments
Experience partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
3+ years of relevant experience in complex or high-volume payment environments
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle), Taulia, and Maximo preferred but not required
Experience in Energy, Utilities, Construction, Engineering, or Field Services industries preferred but not required
