In this role, you will support the optimization and maintenance of mechanical processes within their dry corn mill, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Conduct tests and collect data to support process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Prior internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing or processing environment is a plus but not required
