Responsibilities

Support several key projects, including implementing a new electrical tester
Help define the scope and design needed to earn a UL label for multi-circuit electrical systems
Contribute to automation tasks as needed (including PLC-related support when applicable)
Support poka-yoke (error-proofing) implementation to improve process reliability

Required

Pursuing a degree in Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Automation Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
Entering their junior or senior year or currently enrolled in a graduate program
Hands-on knowledge of electrical circuitry
Hands-on knowledge of electrical panel building
Hands-on knowledge of ladder logic and PLCs
Hands-on knowledge of pneumatics
Solid foundation in technical tools
Professional soft skills
Self-directed and independent
Highly collaborative
Strong communication skills

Preferred

Experience with industrial automation
Experience with HMI systems
Experience with robotics
Analytical skills
Comfortable working with AI tools
