They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support internal tracking and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Support internal tracking, reporting, and process organization while building data skills
Keep the office and day-to-day operations running smoothly (mail, supplies, vendors, logistics) for a fast-moving 5-person startup
Jump into ad hoc projects and solve problems across the business wherever help is needed
Qualification
Required
6 months–2 years experience in a relevant field
Ability to support internal tracking, reporting, and process organization
Interest in technology startups, AI, and complex domains such as law, accounting, or tax
Ability to keep the office and day-to-day operations running smoothly
Ability to jump into ad hoc projects and solve problems across the business
Self-starter who is motivated and has likely balanced multiple commitments before
Thoughtful and naturally curious with good questioning skills
Desire to learn fast, wear multiple hats, and grow alongside a small, high-performing team
Familiarity with GSuite products (docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
Comfortable leveraging modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
