Responsibilities
Intake of all paper and electronic withdrawal requests
Plan document interpretation and application
Determination of type of request and permissibility
Effective communication with both internal and external plan contacts
Required Documentation of applicable plan and participant information
Coordination with Investment Providers
Vesting calculations and updates
Peer review of transactions prior to submission
Confirm processing of transactions
Plan payroll processing, as needed
Preparation of custodian correction/update forms, as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
Must be detailed and possess strong organizational skills
Time management focused adhering to deadlines and timelines
Proficient with numbers and basic calculations
Solutions oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years' experience in the financial or accounting arena
Preferred
Prior TPA experience a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
