Events/Customer Service Representative

They are seeking dedicated Events/Customer Service Representatives to help deliver high-impact, in-person fundraising initiatives and engage the community through their charity's mission.

Responsibilities
Serve as an Events/Customer Service Representative at various charity events by representing our mission to the public and supporting operational logistics
Provide warm, responsive, and informed customer service to event attendees, donors, sponsors, and beneficiary families to ensure a positive and engaging experience
Support pre-event planning and post-event teardown as a Events/Customer Service Representative, ensuring all equipment, signage, and displays are properly organized and maintained
Actively engage the community as a Events/Customer Service Representative, sharing our charity’s mission and helping to communicate the direct impact of each fundraising event
Monitor guest needs, answer questions, and provide immediate support during events as the primary in-person contact point for attendees and participants
Collaborate with event planners, volunteers, and other Events/Customer Service Representatives to maintain event flow, manage crowds, and resolve minor challenges quickly and professionally
Assist with the accurate collection, documentation, and reporting of donations received during charity events in compliance with organizational protocols
Serve as a visible ambassador of our charity by engaging in community outreach and cultivating donor relationships at every fundraising event
Provide feedback after each event to help improve future charity and fundraising operations and enhance the overall guest experience
Qualification
Required
A passion for charity, community support, and humanitarian service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for in-person customer service
A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Availability to attend local events in Kentucky (evenings/weekends as needed)
Preferred
Prior experience as a Events/Customer Service Representative or in event coordination/customer service
