Responsibilities
Coordinate with various controls, systems, and integration teams to establish cybersecurity feature delivery roadmaps, define key deliverable delivery dates, and tie deliverables to engineering milestones
Coordinate with various suppliers/vendors to plan and track implementation of cybersecurity requirements
Work Right-to-Left to ensure that the vehicle controls development plans meet cybersecurity requirements
Track action items and progress towards engineering deliverables. Report status to engineering management and escalate concerns when necessary
Assist engineering to prioritize cybersecurity work tasks and ensure team progress
Set the overall project timeline, identify and resolve roadblocks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 5 years program management experience, with focus on Cybersecurity for software systems
Experience with Agile Methodology is required
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of SW development and validation lifecycles, with demonstrated ability in managing multiple parallel releases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with ECU Bootloader development is a plus
Experience with automotive applications is a plus
