The role involves troubleshooting hardware issues and ensuring operational efficiency through hands-on support and collaboration with the IT team.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test keyboards, mice, monitors, and other peripherals
Perform hardware refreshes and upgrades as necessary for designated workstations
Troubleshoot hardware issues and resolve setup problems effectively
Assist with the building and assembly of computer systems when required
Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations and repairs
Collaborate with IT team to ensure timely completion of hardware refresh projects
Ensure all equipment complies with organizational and safety standards
Provide support during the deployment and setup of new hardware assets
Manage inventory of hardware components and peripherals
Contribute to maintaining a secure and organized hardware environment

Required

Basic technical background with experience in building computers and hardware setup
Knowledge of computer components, peripherals, and hardware troubleshooting

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards
Availability to work during standard business hours
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
