LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to assist their team with 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts. The ideal candidate will manage 401(k) plans and Health Spending Accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

Run reports out of ADP for 401(k) and Spending Accounts

Load files to Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending Accounts

Resolve errors in Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending Accounts

Code general ledger entries for 401(k) funding and HSA funding

Properly document reconciliations and issue resolutions, as well as the funding process for audits of 401(k) funding and Spending Accounts

Answer emails regarding 401(k) or Spending Account questions

Run reports from ADP to load for nonqualified plan

Submit invoices related to various retirement and spending accounts for payment and g/l postings

Qualification

Health Spending AccountsMicrosoft ExcelADP Workforce NowFidelity experienceTask-orientedCustomer service experienceCommunication skills

Required

Must have 5 years of experience with 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-Lookup

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Must be task-oriented and able to consistently meet deadlines

Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Modules

Must have knowledge and administration of 401(k) plans and day-to-day activities, including loading and funding of contributions

Must have experience working with Fidelity

Preferred

CEBS certification would be beneficial
