Responsibilities
Analyze company-wide spend and categorize suppliers
Review and process spend and usage data from multiple sources
Maintain and update supplier contracts and key dates
Prepare reports and track procurement metrics for internal teams
Support RFPs and bid packages from a data and documentation perspective
Assist with contract review and compliance tracking
Document and standardize procurement and sourcing processes
Monitor supplier performance and maintain scorecards
Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or analyst roles
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems and procurement/contract management tools
