Provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations and using professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear
Performs processing duties including:
Cross-trained on all outsourced tasks
Manages and routes incoming mail and email from clients and carriers
Maintains client files with excellent documentation and organization of data
Assists CL Operations, Marketing, Risk Management, Service and Personal Lines teams on various tasks and special projects
Executes basic client servicing requests
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new software applications
