Responsibilities
Maintain vendor master files and records
Process general administrative tasks as directed
Administer the Vendor Master Inbox, process requests, resolve issues, and respond to stakeholder inquiries promptly
Set up new vendors and update current vendor details such as addresses and contact information
Report activities to support tactical procurement and business operations
Provide first-line system support for external supplier partners in resolving data issues
Create training materials and educate employees in the system
Qualification
Required
Experience in supply chain management
Proficiency in ERP systems
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Preferred
Previous experience in data entry
Preferred degree in Supply Chain
