They are seeking a Paid Social & Programmatic Senior Specialist who will manage day-to-day campaign implementation and optimization across various paid social and programmatic platforms, while collaborating with team members and clients to enhance campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage day-to-day paid social and programmatic campaign implementation with minimal supervision
Own first-round development of assigned campaign deliverables, including builds, optimizations, and reporting
Effectively manage personal workload across multiple campaigns and workstreams while meeting deadlines
Participate in client communication and presentations, including performance discussions and Q&A, with guidance as needed
Plan, traffic, buy, optimize, and report across paid social and programmatic platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon DSP, TheTradeDesk, and direct buys
Demonstrate a strong understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, and optimization levers across paid channels
Analyze and communicate campaign performance in a clear, actionable manner that supports optimization and next steps
Ensure proper account structure, tagging, tracking, and measurement setup

Required

Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or Management Degrees preferred)
1-3 years of Digital Marketing Experience, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Direct Buys, Ad trafficking, and/or related experience
Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with data analysis and reporting
Proven record of strong organization and ability to work across multiple teams
Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data, trends, and performance metrics
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills across multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
