Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared spaces
Track office supply inventory and place orders for general office and facility-related needs
Manage space planning, office moves, and workstation setup
Build and maintain relationships with employees, candidates, and third-party vendors
Serve as point of contact for general office inquiries and support requests
Be a culture carrier - foster a positive office environment, promote teamwork, and support employees in doing their best work
Lead and assist in administrative and other projects as needs arise across business functions
Qualification
Required
Experience in office or facilities management
A proven track record of building working relationships with employees, candidates, and third parties
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in an ever-changing environment
This is a full-time work schedule that entails five days a week in our San Francisco office
