Responsibilities
Responsible for underwriting, reviewing, and managing an assigned CRE loan portfolio
In addition, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for structuring, pricing, and cultivating current and new client relationships
Determine appropriate risk rating, both qualitative and quantitative based on performance during the review time period and compare it against bank's credit guidelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience in lending
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
