Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute strategic programs that support corporate objectives and long-term vision
Program Management: Oversee multiple high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution
Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for critical programs
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in program governance and operational excellence
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and transparency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in strategic program management, preferably in technology or legal tech sectors
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Familiarity with legal technology trends and enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus
