Account Manager: SEO Focus
Inflow is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and related services. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of SEO clients, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with goals, while also facilitating communication and project management across teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build strong rapport and trust with diverse stakeholder groups
Lead all recurring client meetings & briefings: agenda, notes, follow-ups
Ensure client satisfaction, alignment, and retention
Represent the client’s voice internally
Maintain clarity on scope, burn, fees, and change requests
Identify and flag risks early
Facilitate client goal discovery and KPI alignment
Translate goals into SEO roadmaps, project plans, and timelines
Ensure strategies align with scope, fees, and business priorities
Drive internal planning sessions with SEO SMEs and Department Directors
Create clear, visually compelling client-ready presentations
Help prepare/shape Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) / executive reviews
Maintain clean, organized client workspaces
Translate strategies into well-structured execution tasks
Plan Sprints in Jira with SME capacity & timeline realities in mind
Coordinate workflow across SEO, CRO, Content, Analytics, and Paid Media
Track progress against timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Ensure all monthly reporting speaks to client goals
Distribute monthly reporting to all assigned clients on time
Run structured client calls with clear value and next steps
Document all discussions and decisions
Write client-friendly summaries, recaps, and briefs
Work with SEO Strategists to ensure reporting is: Accurate, Contextualized, Tied to business goals
Convert technical work into executive-ready narratives
Identify organic upsell opportunities (scope gaps, new needs, cross-channel)
Educate clients on additional Inflow services
Partner with Business Development on upsell scoping & approvals
Assist in change order & SOW adjustments post-upsell
Track annual revenue goals for assigned accounts
Qualification
Required
3+ years in account management in a digital agency
Experience interfacing directly with clients & executives
Strong organizational systems and documentation habits
Excellent communication skills—verbal & written
Comfortable collaborating with SEO & digital marketing practitioners
Strong planning and project management capability
Ability to gather requirements & translate them into plans
Ability to manage scope, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
