Responsibilities
Translate customer IT needs and future goals into actionable cloud architectures by crafting architecture diagrams, requirements, design specifications, and evaluation criteria
Help modernize legacy systems, lead cloud migrations to AWS, and integrate advanced technologies using scalable, secure, and resilient AWS services
Mentor engineers and architects, shape cloud strategy, influence technical direction, and identify opportunities to grow our digital solutions business
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a solutions architect or technical lead
3+ years of experience in an architecture technical role
Experience designing or building microservices
Experience with client-facing situations, including presenting complex technical concepts and designs to a variety of audiences
Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications in Pega
Experience designing solutions on AWS, including EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS or ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch
Experience applying Agile Methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
Experience with AWS data platforms such as Redshift, EMR, Glue, Athena, or Databricks on AWS
Possession of excellent client facilitation and analytical skills
Ability to obtain an AWS Certification such as AWS Solutions Architect - Professional Certification within 3 months of start date
