Required

Strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust
Solution selling mentality, providing the best solutions for our merchants
Ability to develop a plan and execute on a daily basis to build a pipeline of satisfied merchants
B2B Sales Experience with excellent communication and networking skills
Ability to manage time and hold yourself accountable for production and results

Preferred

1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred
Proven 'Hunter' Mentality: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly competitive environment, with the drive and ambition to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
Resilient and Results-Driven: Strong work ethic, with the ability to overcome objections, build trust, and establish lasting relationships with clients

Strategic and Self-Motivated: Skilled at developing and executing a daily action plan to consistently build and maintain a robust pipeline of satisfied clients
B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B sales, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills to engage decision-makers and close deals effectively
Time Management and Accountability: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and consistently meet sales goals
Sales Experience: 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred, with a track record of success in driving new business and achieving targets
