Digital Channel Marketing (Business Messaging)
Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Digital Channel Marketing professional to own in-app digital campaigns for a large-scale business messaging platform, plan and execute campaigns, and drive product adoption through effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Own in-app digital campaigns for a large-scale business messaging platform
Plan and execute 3 in-app campaigns per month (end-to-end)
Build and manage editorial & lifecycle calendars (what to say, when, and why)
Partner with Product, Creative, Data, Engineering, and TPMs to deliver campaigns
Drive product adoption using clear CTAs, deep links, and in-app journeys
Measure performance using A/B testing, engagement metrics, and usage data
Qualification
Required
10+ years digital / channel / lifecycle marketing experience
Strong in-app or product marketing campaign execution experience
Hands-on creative production & vendor/agency management
Proven product GTM experience
Comfortable leading cross-functional, technical teams
Data-driven mindset (testing, reporting, optimization)
Portfolio required
Be ready to walk through one in-app campaign start → finish, including challenges and results
Preferred
FAANG or Social Media or Big Tech experience
Lifecycle marketing frameworks
Measurement & performance dashboards
Content strategy or localization experience
