Responsibilities
Provide full-time analytical and engineering support to the SRD Division
Provide worldwide technical and engineering support for the US Army H-60 rotorcraft
Specializes in drivetrain vibration monitoring, rotor smoothing, and shaft balances
Provide analyst and engineering support for HUMS systems
Review data post changes to coefficients and algorithms
Review IVHMS field testing and engineering evaluation
Write test plans, collect test data, and evaluate test results
Attend meetings and provide analytical and engineering guidance
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school and 19 years of experience
An acceptable alternative is a Bachelor of Science and 9 years of experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred
Familiarity with user-level HUMS operations
Familiarity with US Army documents and manuals
Familiarity with US Army Helicopters with strong experience on the H-60 platform
