Responsibilities

Design and develop Windows PCIe drivers for our in-house NPU chipset
Optimize driver performance and troubleshoot issues
Create driver testing plans and develop test applications
Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Windows driver development
High proficiency in C/C++ programming
Experience with Windows Driver Framework (WDF), Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF), and User-Mode Driver Framework (UMDF)
Deep understanding of hardware/software interfaces
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Preferred

Contributions to open source software
Experience optimizing and deploying DNN models across various hardware platforms (CPU, GPU, FPGA)
Experience using open-source toolkits such as OpenVINO, AIMET
Experience optimizing GPU kernels using CUDA, Triton, etc
