Mercy is a healthcare organization seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant Integrated Performance Solutions. Responsibilities
Identify, design and implement creative solutions in the clinical space, leveraging current technology to address workflow and business needs
Drive efficiency, clinical excellence and expense reduction throughout Mercy
Lead projects in the clinical space, drive system builds, execute solution creation and development, facilitate workflow optimization, coordinate process training, and direct allocated resources in the execution of solution deployment
Provide guidance and recommendations in support of tactical and long-term road-mapping, impact assessment, change management, and clinical workflow transformation
Work with end-users to optimize the use of the system and ensure that Mercy is achieving the maximum value of the system
Assist in identifying potential tool gaps, defining areas for improvement, implement best practices, foster and drive industry standards, and work with clinical leaders to continuously find ways to optimize
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in clinical field/pharmacy
Requires clinical license in specific fields (i.e. Pharmacy, Operating Room, or other highly clinically intensive environment.)
7 plus years of clinical/operational experience in an integrated health system required
Preferred
Practical experience in the use of EHR and ERP solutions as well as reporting tools to manage frontline business and clinical workflow processes
