Responsibilities

Collect data from multiple systems
Analyze and prepare financial projections and reports with adequate documentation and support
Develop financial models
Conduct complex analyses of spending
Deliver insights that drive data-driven decision-making
Prepare capital and operating budgets
Daily statistical and financial data reporting
Ad hoc data analysis
May have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
Minimum 2 years accounting experience required
Advanced spreadsheet skills required
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
Demonstrated proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple financial activities simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs
Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility

Preferred

Healthcare experience preferred
A minimum of 2-6 years' experience in financial analysis or a related field preferred
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certifications preferred
