Responsibilities
Develop and refine design concepts through detailed 2D and 3D studies, renderings, and visual presentations
Lead the production of Revit models and drawings that seamlessly integrate design intent and technical accuracy
Collaborate with project managers to balance creative design development with technical and schedule requirements
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to maintain design continuity throughout all phases
Prepare high-quality visual and graphic materials—diagrams, renderings, and presentations—for internal and client review
Conduct design reviews to ensure design intent is preserved through documentation and construction
Participate in site visits and construction administration to verify design execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
8–10 years of professional architectural experience, emphasizing design development and Revit documentation
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, or similar)
Strong visual and graphic design skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates design thinking and technical resolution
Solid understanding of building systems, detailing, and NYC building codes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced design environment
Needs to have a strong understanding and ability to develop renderings through different platforms
