The role involves overseeing project setup, budgeting, billing, and financial reporting, while collaborating with project managers and firm leadership.

Responsibilities
Project setup, budgets, fee tracking, and financial reporting
Billing by phase or milestone, including client invoicing
WIP tracking, utilization support, and revenue recognition
Subconsultant invoicing and coordination
Ongoing collaboration with Project Managers, Principals, and firm leadership
Qualification
Required
Project accounting experience within architecture or engineering firms
Comfort supporting multiple concurrent projects and project teams
Strong attention to detail and confidence partnering closely with PMs and Principals
Experience working in fee-based, project-driven environments
Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision
Ajera or similar A/E project accounting systems
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas; Power Query a plus)
