Mid, Senior LevelDenneen & Company is a boutique growth strategy consulting and M&A advisory firm. They are seeking a full-time Consultant to develop scopes of work, lead project workstreams, conduct research, and support internal firm priorities to achieve annual growth goals.

Responsibilities
Project delivery – accountable for the deliverables within each of the projects and workstreams to which they are assigned within the allocated budget
Client relationships – augment existing while developing and fostering new client relationships
Third-party relationship management – manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to support research and other needs beyond the firm’s core capabilities
New business – support new business development efforts including presenting capabilities, developing proposals, and contributing to the health of the pipeline
Qualification
Required
MBA or relevant graduate degree
Strategic thinking – ability to understand clients' needs and the strategic implications of insights generated from the firm's work
Leadership – ability to lead teams, workstreams, engagements, and thinking
Project Management – strong project and time management skills
Communication – ability to develop a coherent story and clearly articulate and present content to clients
Entrepreneurial – ability to operate effectively in a boutique environment with limited resources; bias towards action and a proactive approach
Analytical – strong data and analytical skills; ability to work with and manage large data sets, and interpret data into meaningful insights and findings
Financial – ability to interpret financial statements, and prepare financial and economic models and scenarios
Insight generation – ability to synthesize numerous inputs and analyses to generate unique insights that give our clients a competitive advantage and lead to strategic choices
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience leading projects or workstreams in a client-facing management consulting role, with a preference for a strategy consulting background
Demonstrated strong financial and analytical skills, preferably related to private equity and/or M&A project work
Proficiency in developing and directing primary and secondary research and analysis
