Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting and closing activities
Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to final close
Respond quickly to all inbound leads
Strengthen relationships with existing partners and identify new revenue opportunities
Support the development and execution of strategic account plans and targeted campaigns
Collaborate with the SBA team to position our offerings effectively and win business
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners and resolve issues promptly
Participate in weekly sales meetings for product updates, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to drive sales and promote SBA
Provide recommendations for new courses based on market needs
Maintain expert-level knowledge of SBA products to consult with customers confidently
Use HubSpot to manage pipeline activity and document all interactions
Complete additional responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Sales (or recruiting) experience in building automation, industrial controls, or commercial HVAC
Direct sales experience (or recruiting) in commercial HVAC, security, fire, audio-visual, or building automation markets
A strong internal drive
High motivation to earn
