The High-Volume Recruiter will play a significant role in sourcing and attracting talent through various recruitment methods, collaborating closely with field managers to understand hiring needs and developing effective recruitment strategies.

Market Research

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with field managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage recruitment, while developing recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions
Utilize both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics
Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
Own the strategy to lead recruiting discussions with field managers and HR
Develop an effective interview and sourcing strategy
Keep data integrity top of mind and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is always updated
Lead and/or take part in special projects that support continuous business process improvement

Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, specifically aligned to high-volume recruiting
Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and field managers
Excellent project management skills (i.e., critical thinker, manages expectations, follows timeline, communicates progress effectively, etc.)
Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business functions
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
