Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing and maintaining a clean, well‑presented sales floor
Support customers and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and care
Coach, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales and warranty goals
Review sales performance, follow up on leads, and ensure accurate pricing and documentation
Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews
Drive process improvements that enhance the customer and employee experience
Jump in as a Sales Associate when needed—demonstrating products, explaining financing/warranty options, completing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery or pickup
Qualification
Required
Strong product knowledge and the ability to anticipate customer needs
Excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
A flexible, organized, and detail-oriented approach
Confidence making fair, customer-focused decisions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience supervising or coaching a team
Preferred
Appliance sales experience preferred
Management experience a plus
