Process in-force policy requests
Prepare accurate written correspondence to policy owners and agents
Create disbursements and financial transactions in accordance with policy processing guidelines
Research problem situations to correct user or system errors in support of clients and other business units
Work on special projects as assigned
Meet all service level agreements on processing requests
Qualification
Required
Independent problem-solving abilities
Ability to complete less complex financial and non-financial requests
Ability to multi-task while accomplishing work-related items
Detail-oriented with a strong attention to deadlines
Ability to prioritize work to ensure timely completion of all tasks
Computer proficiency
Excellent organizational skills
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
