Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs, present financing options, and explain insurance products
Loan Processing: Secure financing for customers through various lending institutions and ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and submitted
Compliance: Ensure that all finance and insurance transactions comply with dealership policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
Product Sales: Promote and sell a range of financial products and insurance services, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle protection plans
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to dealership management
Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finance and insurance in a professional and timely manner
Qualification
Required
Valid Automotive Sales License (OMVIC) required
Valid Ontario Driver's G license required
Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Minimum 1 Year experience as F&I Manager preferred
3-5 years of customer Service, sales, and marketing experience an asset
