Responsibilities
Daily review of capital calls/distributions and upload to general ledger
Review and distribute payment of management company reimbursements and invoices
Update bank wire templates/call backs
Obtain daily bank reports for daily cash management
Reconciliation of all SPV and main fund cashflows to bank statements
Monthly accounting close for all SPVs and funds
Bank reconciliations and account reconciliations for all SPVs and main funds
Assist with the financial year end and SOC 1 annual audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
2-3 years of experience within public accounting
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong Excel skills
Preferred
Private Equity experience preferred
