Responsibilities
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters and other documents
Reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege
Preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions
Coordinating and communicating with parties outside the Firm including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers and other staff
Qualification
Required
Rising 2L students enrolled in law school and ranked in the top 25% of their class
Available to be in office on scheduled days. No remote applications will be accepted
Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language
