Conduct thorough reviews of government and commercial ASC 606 contracts
Prepare and review journal entries
Manage accruals for direct program work
Reconcile balance sheets
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Deltek, providing recommendations to improve project reports

Required

Proven experience in revenue recognition and technical accounting, with a strong background in ASC 606
Hands-on experience in reading and reviewing government contracts and applying the disclosure model for revenue recognition
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Expertise in Deltek Costpoint with the ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions for project report issues
Experience in balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements, and journal entries

Preferred

Experience with Blackline
Experience in a large government contractor service-based business managing subcontractors with milestones, cost-plus, and fixed-price contracts
