Responsibilities

Own the decision-making process and make key decisions on pricing and margins to drive competitive quotes that win business
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Drive sustained growth by strategically expanding into the OEM fastener markets
Generate high-quality leads, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and close major deals with targeted OEM suppliers and manufacturers
Exceed customer expectations by providing top-tier support, insightful information, and expert product knowledge
Manage the entire customer order process, from quotations and order entry to expediting and customer service
Partner with Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent customer interactions
Maintain quality by following gold-standard policies and procedures
Continuously expand product knowledge and sharpen understanding of customer needs
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations
Build and nurture strong customer relationships
Be a team player while working autonomously and maintaining transparent communication
Take on additional tasks as needed, keeping every day fresh and engaging

Required

3 years' experience working in aerospace fasteners or distribution
Strong business development skills
Exceptional customer confidence with proactive performance that keeps customers returning
Ability to multi-task, shift priorities on the fly, and focus on growing the business
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Proven sales ability, including closing, prospecting, and negotiation
Deep product knowledge of aerospace fasteners and/or distribution with persuasive sales understanding
Ability to cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and results
Motivated sales professional with at least 2–4 years of experience in direct aerospace sales or distribution industries

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Advanced or technical degree/certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or commensurate experience is a plus
