Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking
Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Spot opportunities to improve members’ financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help
Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe
Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer service or sales experience
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
Basic Microsoft Office and math skills
