Digital Marketing Coordinator
ShuBu Creative Group is a boutique branding, marketing, and PR agency that focuses on strategic, high-quality work and building strong relationships. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage digital marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, and PR, working closely with the founder and creative team to execute thoughtful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage client accounts across social media, email marketing, and PR retainers
Plan and execute content calendars across platforms
Write, edit, and design content using programs like Canva, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Flodesk, and Figma
Write content from the ground up, not just editing client-provided copy
Support PR efforts including press release drafting, pitching support, media tracking, and reporting
Monitor platform updates, trends, and best practices
Pull and analyze monthly performance data across social, email, and website platforms
Create clear, client-ready performance reports and insights
Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts
Coordinate with internal team members (design, PR, web) using project management tools like Asana and Click-Up
Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
Support additional marketing initiatives (events, paid media, print, PR)
Assist with client retention and identify upsell opportunities when appropriate
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, agency or in-house
Strong working knowledge of social media management and content execution
Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Flodesk, Mailchimp)
Strong working knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace
Strong working knowledge of project management tools
Familiarity with PR processes and deliverables
Confident learning and adapting to new tools and technology
Preferred
Figma, Adobe InDesign or Photoshop a plus
Comfortable using ChatGPT, Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
