Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer and member requests
Process purchase orders for our showroom
Partner with our Accounts Payable staff to resolve invoicing questions
Support our designers and customers by taking ownership of issues such as backorders, shipping dates, and damage replacements
Assist the Ordering Department with general ordering and confirmations
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to identify and solve problems
Attentive to detail
Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and conversationally, preferably in both English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office and are comfortable learning other software programs
Preferred
Spanish speaking skills is a big asset
