Responsibilities

Provide paralegal and administrative support for employment litigation, claims, and discovery processes
Coordinate with local counsel, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators for employment lawsuits
Manage claims reporting, databases, and calendars to ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures
Prepare and process subpoenas, settlement agreements, severance agreements, and payment requests
Support immigration inquiries, vendor coordination, and other litigation-related administrative duties

Required

Relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
