Responsibilities
Define the North Star: Craft and champion a unified product vision that brings together a diverse portfolio into a seamless, customer-centric ecosystem
Shift to Outcome-Based Roadmaps: Move the organization from sales-driven feature lists to problem-focused roadmaps. Success will be measured by business outcomes including customer retention, increasing adoption, and driving margin expansion
Portfolio Leadership: Manage investments with rigor, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and prioritize opportunities that drive growth and innovation
Institutionalize the Product Model: Establish the structure for effective cross-collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, and Design as the standard delivery unit. Foster true collaboration to accelerate innovation
Build World-Class Talent: Recruit, coach, and retain exceptional product leaders. Elevate Product Design as a strategic peer to Engineering and Product Management, ensuring a balanced and customer-centric approach
Be a Cultural Change Agent: Drive a mindset shift to problem-solving. Bridge the gap between operational excellence and future innovation, creating a culture that thrives on solving customer challenges in a meaningful and innovative manner
Platform Modernization: Collaborate with the CTO to lead the systems migration to modern, microservices-based platforms that increase agility, scalability, and strengthen customer acquisition
Discovery-First Mindset: Champion a culture of continuous product discovery. Ensure teams validate value, usability, feasibility, and viability before writing code, minimizing waste and maximizing impact
Outcome-Driven Governance: Oversee the Quarterly Product Business Review process to provide executive visibility into product health, strategic alignment, and outcome metrics with high-context, data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
15+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the C-level or VP level in a medium-to-large public software or technology-enabled services company
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field of study
Demonstrated success in modernizing product operating models and moving team mindsets to agile methodologies
Ability to speak the language of the C-Suite and Board. You understand how to connect product outcomes to financial outcomes
You possess a deep understanding of modern platform architecture (APIs, microservices, cloud migration) and can partner effectively with Engineering leadership to deliver new value
Exceptional interpersonal skills and resilience. You are capable of driving alignment across Business Units and functional partners to deliver a unified customer experience
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience in complex B2B/B2G environments, IoT, Smart City, or FinTech is highly preferred
